Summary

Machine-generated summary

SWM Infrastruktur GmbH & Co. KG plans to correct clearance deficiencies on the existing 110 kV overhead line between the Uppenborn I and Unterföhring substations, with affected pylon sites distributed along the roughly 50 km route. The works sought comprise the environmental assessment of 16 sites, including pylon-specific evaluations of intervention intensity, an integrated species protection contribution and a landscape management document, plus the development of avoidance and minimisation measures such as construction periods and exclusion zones, aiming for execution via a notification procedure. Related environmental construction monitoring services are also included. Several sites lie in or near sensitive areas such as Natura 2000 sites, meadow bird habitats, protected landscapes and forests. Surveys and mapping are excluded, being procured separately. Voltage, transmission capacity and conductors remain unchanged.
