Description

Das Schweriner Schloss, seit 2024 UNESCO-Welterbe, soll im Bereich der Westbastion grundsaniert werden. Ziel ist die Sanierung von Dach, Nebenräumen im Erdgeschoss und Tiefkeller sowie der Ausbau zu einem Besucherzentrum für den Landtag Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Dabei sollen Bauteile brandschutztechnisch, statisch und bauphysikalisch ertüchtigt und nutzungstechnisch auf den aktuellen Stand der Technik gebracht werden. Grundlage ist eine bereits 2009 erstellte EW-Bau-Planung, die in zwei Bauabschnitte unterteilt wurde: den 1. Bauabschnitt (Garderoben- und Toilettenanlage, Fertigstellung 2026) und den nun folgenden 2. Bauabschnitt (Ausbau der Westbastion zum Besucherzentrum). Die ursprüngliche Planung muss an aktuelle Nutzeranforderungen angepasst werden, wobei das architektonische Konzept und der historische Charakter des Ortes erhalten bleiben sollen. Zu prüfen sind veränderte Wegebeziehungen, ein neuer Standort für die Sicherheitskontrolle sowie Verbesserungen der Barrierefreiheit. Auch statische, bauphysikalische und brandschutztechnische Aspekte müssen durch Fachplaner überarbeitet werden. Die im 16. Jahrhundert errichtete, später als Kohlenkeller genutzte Westbastion ist bislang unausgebaut und ohne Bodenplatte. Besondere Herausforderungen sind der hohe Grundwasserstand sowie die schwierige Gründungssituation, die zusätzliche Lasten einschränkt und weiter untersucht werden muss. Zudem sind Abdichtung und Wärmeschutz des erdgedeckten Flachdachs neu zu planen. Planungsleistungen Architekt (Objektplanung) nach § 34 HOAI, Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume, LPh 1-2 und optional LPh 3-9 bei stufenweiser Beauftragung mit Schwerpunkt in Ausschreibung (Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung Vergabe) und Bauleitung (Objektüberwachung - Bauüberwachung und Dokumentation)
