Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Objektplanung (Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume sowie Freianlagen) nach §§ 34, 39 HOAI für den Ersatzneubau des Badezentrums Sindelfingen Die Stadt Sindelfingen I Sport- und Bäderamt plant den Ersatzneubau des Badezentrums Sindelfingen mit ergänzenden Profitcentern am Standort des benachbarten Freibades. Das Badezentrum soll als Sport- und Familienbad inkl. Saunabereich konzipiert werden. Für das Badezentrum Sindelfingen mit Gastronomie und Sauna wird nach dem aktuellen Stand von geschätzten Kosten in Höhe von 84,0 Mio. EUR (netto) für die KG 300 - 700 ausgegangen. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sind die folgenden Objektplanungsleistungen: - Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß § 34 HOAI (Leistungen der Leistungspha-sen 1 bis 5 der Anlage 10 zu § 34 Abs. 4, § 35 Abs. 7 HOAI) - Leistungsbild Freianlagen gemäß § 39 HOAI (Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 der Anlage 11 zu § 39 Abs. 4, § 40 Abs. 5 HOAI)
