Gemeinde Bad Essen / Neubau einer vierzügigen Grundschule und einer Zweifach-Sporthalle - Objekt- und Freianlagenplanung Die Gemeinde Bad Essen beabsichtigt, das Ergebnis des Planungswettbewerbes "Neubau einer vierzügigen Grundschule und einer Zweifach-Sporthalle an der Schulallee in Bad Essen" zu realisieren. Die Planungsleistungen sollen daher stufenweise im Rahmen des gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Verfahrens gemäß § 80 Abs. 1 VgV in Verbindung mit § 74 VgV vergeben werden. Nachdem das Verhandlungsverfahren mit dem Gewinner des Planungswettbewerbs nicht beendet werden konnte, werden daher nun die übrigen Preisträger zur Abgabe eines Erstangebotes für die Objekt- und Freianlagenplanung aufgefordert. Dabei ist die folgende stufenweise Beauftragung der o. g. Leistungsbilder geplant: * Stufe 1a: LPH 2 - 3 * Stufe 1b: LPH 4 - 5a) * Stufe 2: LPH 5 b) - f) * Stufe 3: LPH 6 - 7 * Stufe 4: LPH 8 - 9 Die Leistungsphasen der Stufe 1a sind mit dem Abschluss des Vertrages beauftragt. Die Leistungsphasen der Stufen 1b bis 4 werden mit dem Abschluss des Vertrages dem Auftragnehmer nicht beauftragt. Die Gemeinde Bad Essen als Auftraggeber behält sich lediglich das Recht zum Abruf der Leistungen vor. Für die Aufteilung der Leistungen aus der LPH 5 auf die Stufen 1b und 2 wird klargestellt, dass bereits mit Abschluss der LPH 3 sämtliche Fassadenschnitte mit Anschlüssen der flankierenden Bauteile (Decken, Dächer, Bodenplatten, Fenster, Sonnenschutz, etc.) im Maßstab 1 : 20 mit Materialangaben und Farbkonzept sowie Fenstersprossenaufteilung vorzulegen sind. Folgende Termine sind als verbindliche Vertragsfristen einzuhalten: * Planungsbeginn: direkt nach Auftragsvergabe * Einreichen Bauantrag: 3. Quartal 2026 * Baubeginn: 1. Quartal 2027 * Fertigstellung Schule und Turnhalle einschl. Außenanlagen: 4. Quartal 2028
