Die Stadt Minden plant den letzten Teil des Rathauses zu sanieren und umzubauen. Das Objekt befindet sich in der Innenstadt von Minden. Bauort: Kleiner Domhof 17, 32423 Minden, Grundstücksgröße ca. 56.042 m². Der Rathauskomplex im Rathausquartier zwischen Scharn/ Markt, den Plätzen „Kleiner Domhof“ und „Großer Domhof“ und der Straße „Am Rathaus“ wird in der heutigen Form seit Mitte der 1970er-Jahre genutzt. Die Stadtverordnetenversammlung der Stadt Minden hat im Februar 2026 beschlossen, den 3. Bauabschnitt der Rathaussanierung umzusetzen. Ziel ist es, die Gebäudeteile D, E und F am Großer Domhof zu sanieren und umzubauen. Die anderen Gebäudeteile sind bereits umgesetzt und in dieser Maßnahme deswegen nicht enthalten. Die bauliche Umsetzung ist in einem Bauabschnitt geplant. Im Rahmen dieses Vergabeverfahrens wird die Objektplanung Gebäude für die Sanierung der Außenhülle der verbliebenen Bauteile D, E und F ausgeschrieben.
