Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Neugestaltung der Weserpromenade in Minden mit umfangreichen Freianlagenarbeiten im innerstädtischen Bereich entlang der Weser. Die Leistung umfasst insbesondere Pflaster und Natursteinarbeiten, Wegebau, Vegetations und Pflanzarbeiten, Ausstattungselemente sowie die Herstellung und Anpassung von Aufenthalts und Nutzungsbereichen. Besondere Anforderungen ergeben sich aus der innerstädtischen Lage, der unmittelbaren Nähe zur Weser und zur Kaimauer sowie aus parallel stattfindenden Baumaßnahmen. Die Ausführung erfolgt abschnittsweise und erfordert eine abgestimmte Baustellenlogistik sowie eine enge Koordination mit weiteren Auftragnehmern, Fachplanern und dem Auftraggeber. Für die Leistungserbringung sind insbesondere eine leistungsfähige Baustellenorganisation, die Koordination mehrerer Bauabschnitte und Gewerke sowie eine fachgerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Ausführung der Naturstein, Pflaster und Freianlagenarbeiten erforderlich. Besondere Anforderungen bestehen zudem hinsichtlich Verkehrssicherung, Baustellenlogistik, Schutz vorhandener Vegetation und der Aufrechterhaltung angrenzender Nutzungen.
