Description

Das Gebäude AB an der Albrechtstraße 30 in Osnabrück wurde in den Jahren 1962-1964 errichtet und ist Bestandteil des Gebäudekomplexes AA bis AD. Das Gebäude verfügt über eine Nutzfläche von ca. 5.287 m2. Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Objektplanung ist die umfassende bauliche, funktionale und energetische Sanierung und Modernisierung des Bestandsgebäudes unter weitgehender Aufrechterhaltung des laufenden Hochschulbetriebs. Es sind Maßnahmen an den Bauteilen Dach, Lüftungsanlage, Beleuchtung, Fassaden und Heizung geplant mit dem Fokus auf eine deutliche Steigerung der Energie-Effizienz. Die Sanierung soll in einzelnen Abschnitten durchgeführt werden, damit der laufende Betrieb im Wesentlichen aufrechterhalten werden kann (ausführliche Beschreibung s. Angebotsaufforderung).
