Summary

Machine-generated summary

The NRW-Forum in Düsseldorf, an international exhibition venue and part of the Museum Kunstpalast Foundation, is to be comprehensively renovated and redesigned. The tender covers object planning services for buildings and interiors under § 34 HOAI with Annex 10.1 HOAI. The listed building, around 100 years old with about 5,900 sqm of gross floor area, requires structural upgrading, repair of building defects, renewal of building services (heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, building control, safety and fire protection technology), full barrier-free accessibility, improved room acoustics, modern event and media technology, and garden-heritage-compliant landscaping of the surrounding outdoor facilities. Regular on-site planning meetings and short-term local availability are expected.
