Summary

Machine-generated summary

The NRW-Forum in Dusseldorf, an international exhibition venue and part of the Museum Kunstpalast Foundation, is to be comprehensively renovated and redesigned. The buyer is seeking architecture services for object planning of buildings and interiors under § 34 HOAI with Annex 10.1 HOAI. The listed, roughly 100-year-old building comprises about 5,900 m2 gross floor area and shows significant structural and technical deficiencies in safety, accessibility, energy efficiency and cultural operations. The works include stabilising the structure, repairing damage, renewing building services (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical, control, safety and fire protection), full accessibility, room acoustics, event and media technology, and garden heritage-compliant outdoor facilities, serving mainly visitors aged 15 to 35.
