Summary

Machine-generated summary

A single-stage, non-open planning competition under RPW 2013 §3 (3) concerns the extension and refurbishment of the listed Musical Instrument Museum in Markneukirchen. The subject of the competition is the design of a new building that will functionally and spatially complement the late baroque town house known as the 'Paulus-Schloessel'. The new building must be connected to the existing listed structure. As part of the project, the 'Paulus-Schloessel' is to be renovated in a manner appropriate to its heritage status, technically modernised and made accessible without barriers.

Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €747,000
€575,190 to €769,410

Comparable awards in this country and sector came in at a median of 97% of their published estimate, half of them between 77% and 103%, based on 716 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.

What this market pays

The buyer has too few awards of its own in this sector, so this is the range of the last 2,000 awards for Architecture & engineering services in Germany.
