Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Children's Hospital Osnabrück (Christliches Kinderhospital) is procuring general planning services for reorganising its neonatology and paediatric intensive care at a single site. The services include object planning for buildings and interiors (Section 34 HOAI, phases 1 to 9), object planning for outdoor facilities (Section 39 HOAI, phases 1 to 9), structural engineering (Section 51 HOAI, phases 1 to 6) and technical equipment covering plant groups 1 to 8 (Section 55 HOAI, phases 1 to 9). The project closes the neonatology ward at Klinikum Osnabrück and concentrates care at the main site at Johannisfreiheit 1, 49074 Osnabrück, aiming to meet legal requirements and improve resource use and care levels.
