Description

Für dieses Projekt wird ein Büro gesucht, welches die Grund- und Besonderen Leistungen für Freianlagen in den LPH 1-9 gem. §§ 38ff HOAI 2021 i.V. mit Anlage 11 sowie weitere Besondere Leistungen übernimmt. Das Projekt umfasst den Neubau eines Verwaltungsgebäudes Vewaltungsgebäude mit hohen Sichrheitsanforderungen für Hessen3C auf dem landeseigenen Grundstück in Wiesbaden. Es ist mit einem mehrstufigen Verfahren gem. GA-Bau zu rechnen. Die geforderte Leistung umfasst die Planung des Gebäudeinnenhofs. Zusätzlich ist um das Verwaltungsgebäude eine bis zur Grundstücksgrenze reichende Feuerwehrumfahrt mit 5 Feuerwehraufstellplätzen und einer Tiefgarageneinfahrt herzustellen. Dabei sind an 3 Seiten des Grundstücks zusätzlich nicht-öffentliche Parkplätze vorzusehen. Weiterhin ist eine Zaunanlage mit weitreichenden Sicherheitsanforderungen inkl. 2 Toranlagen zu planen, welche das Grundstück umschließen wird und als Perimeterschutz dient. Eine Anbindung des Grundstücks an die öffentliche Straße ist herzustellen. Länge Feuerwehrumfahrt = 300 m Fläche Innenhof = 912m² Übrige Außenanlagen: Grünfläche = 1.200m² Verkehrsfläche = 2.510m² Stellplätze = 476m², Summe: 4.186m² Der Terminplan sieht u.a. folgende voraussichtliche Eckpunkte vor: Planungsbeginn = 12.01.2026 Baubeginn = 08.10.2029 Fertigstellung = 03.09.2032 Beginn der Inbetriebnahmephase = 12.07.2032 Übergabe nach Abschnitt H GABau/RBBau = 18.02.2033 Übergabetermin an Nutzer = 18.02.2033 Abschluss der Fertigstellungspflege: 18.02.2024 Aufgrund der Einstufung der Baumaßnahme im Sinne des Geheimschutzes sind von den Projektbeteiligten Anforderungen des personellen und materiellen Geheimschutzes einzuhalten. Rechtsgrundlage ist das Hessische Sicherheitsüberprüfungs- und Verschlusssachengesetz - (HSÜVG) sowie die Verschlusssachenanweisung (VS-Anweisung, VSA) für das Land Hessen. Der Auftragnehmer erhält im Rahmen der Vertragsausführung Zugang zu Verschlusssachen des Geheimhaltungsgrades VS-NfD. Im Rahmen der Leistungserbringung wird es zudem zum mündlichen Austausch von Informationen bis zum Geheimhaltungsgrad VS-Geheim kommen, weshalb eine Sicherheitsüberprüfung der Stufe 2 notwendig wird. Das hierfür erforderliche Antragsformular "Sicherheitserklärung für die erweiterte Sicherheitsüberprüfung" ist nach Abschluss des Vertrags beim Geheimschutzbeauftragten des LBIH einzureichen. Gemeinsam mit der Eigenerklärung ist das Formblatt 125 - Sicherheitsauskunft und Verpflichtungserklärung bzw. bei Einsatz von Nachunternehmer/Unterauftragnehmern zusätzlich das Formblatt 126 abzugeben.
