The buyer procures architectural services for object planning of outdoor facilities, performance phases 2 to 9. The project covers construction of a new arts and natural sciences wing with about 2,000 m2 of usable floor area, renovation of the roof structure of an intermediate building with about 250 m2 of roof area, refurbishment of a laboratory building with about 225 m2, and an interim solution during construction with 3 x 4 classrooms plus ancillary rooms. Around 800 m2 of new outdoor landscaping is planned. The cost ceiling is EUR 29.66 million gross (cost groups 200 to 600). Works are split into two partial measures covering hazardous substance remediation, demolition, interim buildings and new construction. The project uses the BIM planning methodology.
