Germany - Architectural services - Object planning for buildings and interiors

Procurement of architectural services for object planning of buildings and interiors, including thermal building physics, room and building acoustics, fire protection evidence and BIM overall coordination, service phases 2 to 9. The project comprises a new building for an art and natural sciences wing with around 2000 m2 of usable floor area, renovation of the roof structure of an intermediate building with around 250 m2 of roof area, refurbishment of a laboratory building of around 225 m2, and an interim solution with 3 x 4 classrooms plus ancillary rooms during construction. The cost ceiling is 29.66 million euros gross (KG 200-600). Works are carried out in two sub-projects, including hazardous substance remediation, demolition and construction pit works. BIM planning methodology is applied.
