A German public buyer is procuring architectural services for object planning of buildings and interiors, including thermal building physics with proof of thermal insulation, room and building acoustics, fire protection certification, and overall BIM coordination, design phases 2 to 9. The cost ceiling is EUR 29.66 million gross. Work is split into two sub-projects: hazardous substance remediation, demolition and interim construction, then new construction and renovation. The project uses the BIM planning methodology.
