Description

Schloßplatz 4, 70173 Stuttgart, Neues Schloß - Dachsanierung Kopfbau Planieflügel West, Architektenleistungen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 HOAI, Beim Neuen Schloss handelt es sich um eines der großen Stadtschlösser Süddeutschlands, zw. 1764 und 1807 erbaut. Das im zweiten Weltkrieg zerstörte Schloss wurde in den Jahren 1957 - 1964 wiederaufgebaut und wird seither u.a. für repräsentative Zwecke der Landesregierung genutzt sowie zur Unterbringung zweier Ministerien. Die zu vergebende Leistung umfasst die Planungs- und Ausführungsmaßnahmen für die Sanierung der Gebäudehülle (Schieferdach und Natursteinfassade mit Attikafiguren) am Kopfbau West des Seitenflügels Planie. Die Bewerbung hat mit dem vom Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Teilnahmeantrag zu erfolgen. Der Teilnahmeantrag ist abrufbar unter der oben genannten Internetadresse. Bieter sowie deren Nach- und Verleihunternehmer haben mit Angebotsabgabe die einschlägigen Verpflichtungserklärungen nach § 5 LTMG, einsehbar unter ' https://rp.baden-wuerttemberg.de/themen/wirtschaft/tariftreue/seiten/mustererklaerungen/ ', abzugeben. Dieses Verfahren wird unter der Vergabenummer 26-79015 durchgeführt. (Bei Rückfragen bitte angeben).
