Description

Wärmeversorgungsanlagen Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Heizungs- und Kälteversorgungsanlage für die Neue Elefan-tenwelt der Wilhelma Stuttgart, bestehend aus Elefantenhaus mit Stallungen für bis zu 14 Elefanten, Restaurant mit Teilunterkellerung sowie Eingangsgebäude mit Kasse und Shop. Die Wärmeversorgung wird zentral über den Heizungs-Hausanschlussraum im Gastronomiegebäude aufgestellt und von dort auf die unterschiedlichen Gebäudebereiche verteilt. Versorgt werden unter anderem die Raumlufttechnik, Flächenheizungen wie Fußbodenheizung und Betonkernaktivierung, statische Heizflächen, Umluftheizgeräte, Luftschleier sowie die Warmwasserbereitung. Für die neue Elefantenwelt ist ein Nahwärmeanschluss mit einer Leistung von rund 780 kW vorgese-hen. Ergänzend stehen von der Geothermie des Rosensteintunnels rund 60 kW sowie weitere Be-triebsabwärme zur Verfügung. Für die übergeordnete Versorgung der Wilhelma ist zudem ein redun-danter Fernwärmeanschluss vorgesehen, der in das bestehende Nahwärmenetz einspeist und so die Versorgungssicherheit erhöht. Auch bei der Kälteversorgung wird auf eine bedarfsgerechte technische Lösung gesetzt. Für den Serverraum der Elefantenwelt ist eine separate Split-Kälteanlage mit insgesamt 10 kW Kälteleistung vorgesehen. Im Gastronomiebereich werden unter anderem Restaurant und Küche, der Serverraum sowie die Zu- und Abluftanlagen mit Kälte versorgt. Die Kühllast für diesen Bereich beträgt rund 155 kW. Die einzelnen Kälteverbraucher umfassen Deckenkassetten beziehungsweise Umluftkühlgeräte im Restaurant mit 72 kW, den Serverraum mit 10 kW sowie die Kühler der Zu- und Abluftgeräte R1 und R2 mit 37,5 kW beziehungsweise 118,5 kW. Unter Berücksichtigung eines Gleichzeitigkeitsfaktors von 85 Prozent ist eine Kältemaschine mit 200 kW thermischer Leistung vorgesehen. Sie wird als kompakte, luftgekühlte Kältemaschine mit Scroll-Verdichtern ausgeführt und im abgesenkten Dach-bereich des Zooshops aufgestellt.
