Planungsleistungen für das Leistungsbild Fachplanung Brandschutz Planungsleistungen Leistungsbild Fachplanung Brandschutz; Sanierung des Altbaus - Nordflügel (ca. 2.500 m²) zur Schaffung zusätzlicher Nutzflächen am Standort der Sekundarschule. Der Altbau verfügt noch über interessante Details, die einen würdigen Umgang mit dem Baudenkmal erfordern. Folgende Maßnahmen sind im Wesentlichen im Rahmen der Sanierung umzusetzen: - Herrichten der Räumlichkeiten (Fach- und allgemeine Unterrichtsräume, Lager, WCs, etc.) in Anlehnung an die Machbarkeitsstudie inkl. haustechnischer und energetischer Erneuerung - Schaffung von Rettungswegen zur Umsetzung des Brandschutzkonzepts, insb. eines neuen Treppenhauses - Barrierefreie Erschließung des Schulgebäudes - Umsetzung der Bau- und Qualitätsanforderungen (BQA) für anwendungsneutrale Ver- kabelungen in Gebäuden des Landkreis Saalekreis siehe Anhang B - Bau- und Quali- tätsanforderung IT in Abstimmung mit dem Amt für Bildung und Ausbildungsförderung - Entkernung des Hausmeisterhaus und angleichen an das Schulgebäude.
