Description

Planungsleistungen für das Leistungsbild Fachplanung HLS Planungsleistungen Leistungsbild Fachplanung HLS; Sanierung des Altbaus - Nordflügel (ca. 2.500 m²) zur Schaffung zusätzlicher Nutzflächen am Standort der Sekundarschule. Der Altbau verfügt noch über interessante Details, die einen würdigen Umgang mit dem Bau-denkmal erfordern. Folgende Maßnahmen sind im Wesentlichen im Rahmen der Sanierung um-zusetzen: - Herrichten der Räumlichkeiten (Fach- und allgemeine Unterrichtsräume, Lager, WCs, etc.) in Anlehnung an die Machbarkeitsstudie inkl. haustechnischer und energetischer Erneuerung o Es ist davon auszugehen, dass noch vorhandene haustechnische Installationen im Altbau nicht mehr genutzt werden können - Rückbau der vorhandenen Luftheizung - Ertüchtigung ggf. Erneuerung der Heizzentrale (Fernwärme) und WW-Bereitung - Schaffung von Rettungswegen zur Umsetzung des Brandschutzkonzepts, insb. eines neuen Treppenhauses - Barrierefreie Erschließung des Schulgebäudes - Umsetzung der Bau- und Qualitätsanforderungen (BQA) für anwendungsneutrale Verkabelungen in Gebäuden des Landkreis Saalekreis siehe Anhang B - Bau- und Qualitätsanforderung IT in Abstimmung mit dem Amt für Bildung und Ausbildungsförderung - Entkernung des Hausmeisterhaus und angleichen an das Schulgebäude - Herrichten der Außenanlagen, insb. nach Rückbau der Containeranlage
