Das Projekt am Klärwerk II - Gut Marienhof umfasst die bauliche Sanierung des bestehenden Verwaltungsgebäudes sowie den Neubau eines modernen Betriebsgebäudes. Eine wesentliche Rahmenbedingung bei der gesamten Planung ist die strikte Aufrechterhaltung des laufenden Anlagenbetriebs, was detaillierte Bauablaufkonzepte und eine vorausschauende Schnittstellenkoordination erfordert. Zudem beinhaltet das Vorhaben die Planung einer neuen Zentralwarte. Da diese Leitstelle das operative Herzstück der Anlage bildet, unterliegt sie den strengen Vorgaben für Kritische Infrastrukturen (KRITIS), wodurch besondere Maßstäbe an die Objektsicherheit, Redundanz und Ausfallsicherheit angelegt werden müssen. Der Leistungsumfang für diese Vergabe erstreckt sich über die Grundlagenermittlung und die Vorplanung, also konkret auf die HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1 und 2. Das Aufgabenpaket umfasst dabei das Leistungsbild der Objektplanung für Gebäude und Innenräume sowie die Fachplanungen in den Bereichen Tragwerksplanung und Technische Ausrüstung.
