Westfriedhof, Baldurstraße, Generalsanierung; VE: Elektroinstallationsarbeiten, Allgemein, Betriebshof Das neue Garagen- und Werkstattgebäude des neuen Betriebshofs wird in der unmittelbaren Nähe des alten Gartenbaustützpunktes neu errichtet. Der neue Betriebshof enthält eine Personalunterbringung für das unmittelbare am Betriebshof erforderliche Personal, d.h. es enthält ein Büro innerhalb des Bürotrakts, WC- und Sanitärräume. Der Betriebshof mit den Garagen wird durch Stellflächen für Wertstoffcontainer, Waschhalle und eine Tankanlage, Carports sowie einen Raum für Mustersärge ausgestattet Der neue Betriebshof wird als U-förmige Hofbebauung realisiert. Um einen Innenhof gruppieren sich die Abstellflächen / Garagen für Fahrzeuge und Baumaterialien der Grabmacher*innen und Friedhofsgärtner*innen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die vollständige Neuerrichtung der elektrotechnischen Anlagen einschließlich Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme, Prüfung und Dokumentation. Die Demontage der Bestandsanlagen erfolgt bauseits. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere die Neuinstallation der Starkstromanlagen, die Errichtung neuer Verlegesysteme und Leitungsanlagen, die Lieferung und Montage von Haupt-, Unter- und Bereichsverteilern, die Installation energieeffizienter LED-Beleuchtungsanlagen den Aufbau von Telekommunikations- und Datennetzen, Türsprechanlagen, Erdungs- und Potentialausgleichsanlagen sowie sämtliche erforderlichen Brandschutzmaßnahmen. Wesentliche Leistungen (ca.-Mengen) Die nachfolgend genannten Mengen dienen ausschließlich der Orientierung und stellen keine abschließende Leistungsbeschreibung dar: Leistung Menge Verlegesysteme (Kabeltrassen, Installationskanäle, Rohre) ca. 1.300 m Starkstromkabel und Stromkreisleitungen ca. 6.500 m Fernmelde- und Datenkabel ca. 1.500 m Haupt-, Unter- und Bereichsverteiler ca. 4 St. Installationsgeräte (Schalter, Steckdosen, Anschlussdosen) ca. 160 St. Innen- und Außenleuchten in LED-Technik ca. 80 St. Brandschutzabschottungen ca. 10 St. Datenanschlussdosen ca. 10 St. Datenschränke/Patchfelder ca. 2 St. Türsprechstellen mit Video-/Zutrittsfunktion ca. 1 St. Potentialausgleichs- und Erdungleitungen ca. 1400 m.
