Für die adäquate Sicherstellung von Brandschutz und rettungsdienstlicher Versorgung im Norden der Stadt Bremerhaven wurde der Bedarf einer neuen Feuer- und Rettungswache in einem Brandschutzbedarfsplan ermittelt. Als geeigneter Wachstandort wurde ein Grundstück von rund 10.000 m² in der Alfred-Wegener-Straße ausgewählt, welches sich im Stadtbremischen Überseehafengebiet befindet und daher Eigentum der Stadtgemeinde Bremen ist. Die Wache weist eine Bruttogeschossfläche von rund 2.900 m² in zwei Vollgeschossen auf: Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 12 Fahrzeugstellplätze sowie eine Waschhalle. Über den Funktionsräumen wie den Lagerflächen befindet sich ein Zwischengeschoss mit Werkstätten. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich die Büro- und Ruheräume sowie eine Dachterrasse. Geplant ist eine Holz-Hybridbauweise, wobei das Erdgeschoss aus Betonelementen und das Obergeschoss in Holzbauweise errichtet werden. Die Flachdachflächen des Obergeschosses werden vollständig mit einer Photovoltaikanlage belegt, deren Überschussenergie in einem Batteriespeicher verortet werden soll. Die Etagen sind neben dem Aufzug und der Treppe auch durch Rutschstangen miteinander verbunden. Die Fachplanungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung in den Anlagengruppen 1-3 für die Leistungsphasen 1-4 wurden durch den Auftraggeber erbracht. Aufgrund fehlender Kapazitäten können die weiteren Leistungsphasen nicht intern erbracht werden. Die Baukosten (KG 410 - 430) belaufen sich gemäß Kostenberechnung auf 1.510.450 Euro netto. - Technische Ausrüstung Lph 5-6 und optional Lph 7-9 gem. § 55 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 15, Ziffer 15.1 für die Anlagengruppen: 1. Abwasser-, Wasser-, Gasanlagen, 2. Wärmeversorgungsanlagen, 3. Lufttechnische Anlagen. - Besondere / Zusätzliche Leistungen: Einarbeitung und Plausibilitätsprüfung der Entwurfsplanung
