Summary
Machine-generated summaryThe buyer in Germany is procuring services for the management and support of a design competition and its associated procedure. The competition was originally announced as a single-phase competition to be conducted through a negotiated procedure. Due to circumstances and framework conditions that were not foreseeable for the contracting authority, it has become necessary to run the competition in two phases instead. This prior information notice serves as a notification of that change. The notice concerns planning-related services provided by architectural and engineering offices in Germany.
