Summary

Machine-generated summary

The town of Landsberg am Lech is procuring planning services for the upgrade of its northern old town. The project aims at a functional, traffic-related and design reorganisation of the public street space, taking account of the historic old town setting. The planning covers road and open space design, the integration of public space and design elements, improved conditions for pedestrians, residents, delivery traffic and emergency routes, the development of a protective concept against vehicle attacks, and the design and planning of a system separating rainwater from wastewater. Coordination with utilities, drainage, ground conditions, heritage protection and traffic safety is included. Services are commissioned in stages, from fundamentals to draft and design planning up to construction preparation, including cost, scheduling and construction sequence analysis. During the bidding phase a design proposal is required for a defined area, whose principles should be transferable to the further planning.

Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €1,389,000
€1.1M to €1.4M

Comparable awards in this country and sector came in at a median of 97% of their published estimate, half of them between 77% and 103%, based on 716 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
