Es handelt sich um den Neubau eines Gerätehauses. Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Fachplanung der Technischen Ausrüstung der Anlagengruppen 4, 5, 6 und 8, für den Neubau des Gerätehauses der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr Allach in der Eversbuschstraße 134 in München. Im Rahmen des Bauvorhabens werden die technischen Anlagen entsprechend den funktionalen und betrieblichen Anforderungen eines modernen Feuerwehrstandortes geplant. Dabei werden die einzelnen Anlagengruppen aufeinander abgestimmt und in die Gesamtplanung des Gebäudes integriert. Die Planung berücksichtigt die geltenden gesetzlichen Vorgaben, Normen, Richtlinien und technischen Regelwerke. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der sicheren, zuverlässigen und wirtschaftlichen Ausführung der technischen Anlagen.
