Summary

Machine-generated summary

An engineering consultancy is sought to provide planning services for the demolition and disposal of nearly 80 buildings of various types, including multi-storey buildings, a vehicle workshop and storage halls, at the Major-Karl-Plagge-Kaserne in Pfungstadt. Services cover design and approval planning, preparation for execution, supervision and documentation. The barracks, owned by the Federal Institute for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) and designated for military use, will be gradually restructured under a site development concept. Demolition also covers adjacent paved areas and utility pipelines below ground slabs, including their separation and decommissioning. Works are divided into four phases: demolition to mid-2027, mid-2029, 2032 and mid-2034 respectively, within a military security area.
