Summary

Machine-generated summary

The city of Senftenberg is procuring planning services for the comprehensive renovation and conversion of the Niederlausitzhalle at Schillerstrasse 34, including an adjoining functional building, into a modern multifunctional hall with a new seminar and conference building. The complex comprises three connected parts: the listed main hall built in 1957 to 1959, an intermediate building with administration and changing rooms, and a 1984 extension to be replaced by a new build. Funded under the Coal Region Structural Reinforcement Act, the works are tendered in three lots: lot 1 new construction of the seminar and conference building, lot 2 conversion and renovation of the hall, lot 3 outdoor facilities. The buildings are owned by the city of Senftenberg and currently operated by an association.

Der Gebäudekomplex "Niederlausitzhalle" befindet sich in 01968 Senftenberg, Schillerstraße 34, unweit des Areals der Brandenburgischen Technischen Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg.
