Description

Gegenstand dieser Vergabe sind die Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung gemäß § 53 HOAI für den Ersatzneubau der Umkleide- und Tribünenanlage am Sportpark Glashütter Weiher in Stolberg. Das Projekt umfasst die komplette Neukonzeption der haustechnischen Anlagen für ein modernes Sportfunktionsgebäude. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der Umsetzung eines nachhaltigen Energiekonzepts mit einer Wärmeversorgung aus 100 % erneuerbaren Energien (Wärmepumpentechnik) zur Erreichung des KfW-Effizienzhausstandards 55. Die Planung beinhaltet die Anlagengruppen 1 bis 6 sowie 8 (Abwasser-/Wasseranlagen, Wärmeversorgung, Lufttechnik, Starkstrom, Fernmelde- und IT-Anlagen, Förderanlagen sowie die Gebäudeautomation). Die Planung erfolgt integral unter Anwendung der BIM-Methodik (3D-Modellierung). Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die stufenweise Beauftragung von Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung nach HOAI §§ 53 ff. (Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 und 8) sowie zugehöriger Besonderer Leistungen. Die Beauftragung erfolgt vorerst für die erste Stufe (LPH1 bis LPH 3). Die weiteren Leistungsphasen (Stufe 2: LPH 4 bis LPH 7, Stufe 3: LPH 8 bis LPH 9) werden optional und bei Vorliegen der haushaltsrechtlichen Voraussetzungen sowie der Förderzusage einzeln oder blockweise abgerufen. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf die Beauftragung der weiteren Stufen besteht nicht. Die Leistungen umfassen neben den Grundleistungen insbesondere folgende Schwerpunkte: Nachhaltige Energiekonzepte: Fachplanung zur Erreichung des KfW-55-Standards. Umsetzung einer Wärmeversorgung aus 100 % erneuerbaren Energien (vsl. Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpen) sowie Integration einer Photovoltaikanlage zur Eigenstromnutzung. Building Information Modeling (BIM): Die Planung erfolgt konsequent in der BIM-Methode. Der Fachplaner TGA erstellt koordinierte 3D-Fachmodelle und wirkt aktiv an der interdisziplinären Kollisionsprüfung mit. Besonderes Augenmerk liegt auf der Dokumentation gemäß VDI 6026, um die im Energiekonzept gesteckten Effizienzziele im Realbetrieb sicherzustellen. Das Technisches Monitoring & Inbetriebnahme-Management wird durch einen Dritten erbracht der AN wirkt daran mit.
