Description

Planung Eingangsgebäude Zoo Eberswalde - Gebäude-, Tragwerks- und TGA-Planung Ausgeführt werden zunächst nur die Leistungsphasen 2-4. Die weiteren Phasen sind im ausgeschriebenen Leistungspotenzial enthalten, die tatsächliche Beauftragung/Freigabe ist jedoch abhängig vom politischen Willen und den verfügbaren Mitteln. Ein Anspruch auf Übertragung der übrigen Leistungen besteht nicht. Ziel ist es, auf dem Gelände des Zoos Eberswalde im Bereich des bestehenden Eingangs ein neues multifunktionales Eingangsgebäude mit separaten Ausstellungsbereich zu errichten. Um den Gästen des Zoos künftig bessere Bedingungen und erweiterte Angebote zu schaffen, ist es notwendig ein zeitgemäßes und funktionales Empfangsgebäude zu errichten, welches u.a. die entsprechenden Kapazitäten bewältigen kann. So wird der Zoo Eberswalde saisonal schwankend von ca. 300 Personen / Tag in der kälteren Jahreszeit und bis zu 3.500 Personen / Tag in der Ferien- und Sommerzeit besucht. Das geplante Eingangs- oder Empfangsgebäude soll im Bereich des nicht mehr zeitgemäßen und vor allem viel zu kleinen Bestandes errichtet werden. Es soll die Bedürfnisse aller Besucher und Besucherinnen erfüllen, den Mitarbeitenden des Zoos moderne Arbeitsbedingungen ermöglichen und dem Anspruch der Stadt Eberswalde nach einem nachhaltigen Planungskonzept in Holzbauweise gerecht werden. Die Planung wird in zwei Stufen nach derzeitigem Stand bis zum Jahr 2028 andauern, wobei die erste Planungsstufe die Leistungsphasen 2-4 (gem. HOAI) umfasst und Mitte 2027 abgeschlossen sein soll. Die Realisierung des Vorhabens (Bau) ist ab 2028 vorgesehen und soll mit der Übergabe des Gebäudes zum 100-jährigen Bestehen des Zoos im September 2029 abgeschlossen sein
