The City of Eberswalde is procuring services for the production and distribution of its official gazette. The contract covers typesetting, layout, printing and distribution of the gazette, with a current circulation of 22,500 copies per issue. The gazette is published at least ten times per year. The supplier must also be able to produce short-notice special gazette editions. Because statutory publication deadlines must be observed, work must be completed exactly on schedule. Production must be possible in every calendar month of the year, in particular between Christmas and New Year. Further details are set out in the technical specifications.
