Das Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf beabsichtigt, eine Bettenstation im Bestand zu einer modernen nuklearmedizinischen Therapiestation umzubauen und funktional anzupassen. Hintergrund dieser Maßnahme ist die derzeit fehlende Möglichkeit, nuklearmedizinische Therapien stationär am UKD durchzuführen. Die Etablierung einer eigenen Bettenstation ist jedoch zwingend erforderlich, um sowohl die bestehende Patientenversorgung zu sichern als auch zukünftige Entwicklungen in der nuklearmedizinischen Diagnostik und Therapie, insbesondere im Bereich der sogenannten Theranostik, umsetzen zu können. Die nuklearmedizinische Behandlung stellt dabei einen integralen Bestandteil moderner onkologischer Versorgung dar. Viele der eingesetzten Therapien erfordern aufgrund der verwendeten offenen radioaktiven Stoffe eine stationäre Durchführung unter besonderen strahlenschutzrechtlichen Bedingungen. Ohne eine entsprechende Infrastruktur ist eine vollständige Behandlung der Patienten am UKD nicht möglich. Die Umsetzung des Projekts trägt darüber hinaus zur Sicherung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Universitätsklinikums als onkologisches Zentrum sowie zur Stärkung von Forschung und Lehre bei. Ziel des Projekts ist es daher, eine funktionsfähige, den gesetzlichen Anforderungen entsprechende und zukunftsfähige Therapiestation mit insgesamt zehn Betten zu realisieren. Gegenstand dieser Beschaffung sind - Objektplanung für Gebäude gem. HOAI § 34 (LPH 5-8) für die Errichtung einer Bettenstation in Gebäude 13.52
