Description

Die Zentralküche im Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf wird komplett umgebaut und saniert. In diesem Zusammenhang wird ein zukunftsorientiertes Speisenverteilsystem für die Patientenverpflegung implementiert. Es erfolgt eine Umstellung auf das Cook & Chill Verfahren, unter Verwendung selbst hergestellter Produkte. Es ist eine Neuaufteilung der Raumstruktur vorgesehen, einschl. einer Modernisierung der Bausubstanz und im Besonderen die Erneuerung der Betriebstechnischen Ausstattung. Die Ausführung der Leistungen erfolgt in 2 oberirdischen und 2 unterirdischen Geschossen. In dieser Ausschreibung ist die Bodenbeschichtung für die Sanierungsarbeiten der Zentralküche beschrieben. Folgende Leistungen sind enthalten. - Baustelleneinrichtung - Staub- und Geruchschutz durch Unterdruckhaltung - Acryl-Bodenbeschichtung ca. 2.200 m² - Epoxid-Beschichtung, Lagerräume Ebene U2 ca. 186 m²
