Description

Das Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf(abgekürzt UKD) errichtet auf dem Campus den Neubau eines Klinikgebäudes zur Aufnahme der Haut- und Augenklinik. Weiterhin werden in dem neuen Gebäude eine Klinik für Knochenmarktransplantationen (stationär und ambulant) sowie eine geriatrische Abteilung untergebracht. Das Baugrundstück liegt im Inneren des Campusgeländes und ist weitgehend eben, mit geringen Geländehöhendifferenzen durch Aufschüttungen von bis zu 3 Meter. Der 5-geschossige Neubau in Stahlbetonbauweise mit einem Untergeschoss und Technikgeschoss hat oberirdisch keinen Anschluss an angrenzende Gebäude. Unterirdisch wird das Bauwerk an die automatische Warentransportanlage (AWT) sowie an diverse Medien über Kanäle angeschlossen. Gebäudedaten: Nutzfläche 12.152 m² Bruttogrundfläche 29.439 m² Bruttorauminhalt 119.869 m³ Die OK FFB +/- 0,00 m des Neubaus beträgt 38,80 m ü Freianlagenplanung für den Neubau der Haut- und Augenklinik, KMT und Geriatrie am Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf einschließlich Übernahme und Prüfung der vorhandenen Planungsleistungen, Fortschreibung der Ausführungsplanung sowie der Leistungsphasen 7 bis 9 nach § 39 HOAI. Die Beauftragung umfasst die Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe, Objektüberwachung und Bauüberwachung einschließlich Pflanzen- und Materialprüfung, Aufmaß- und Rechnungsprüfung, Abnahme, Mängelüberwachung, Fertigstellungspflege, Kostenfeststellung und Dokumentation sowie die Objektbetreuung während der Verjährungsfristen. Die Mitwirkung an der PLAKODA-Dokumentation ist als besondere Leistung eingeschlossen.
