Die Landeshauptstadt Saarbrücken beabsichtigt im Zuge des Modellvorhaben zur Weiterentwicklung der Städtebauförderung, Congress CultureCity 2.0, den Umbau mit Aufwertung und teilweise Neuordnung von Verkehrsflächen des folgenden Straßenzuges in der Saarbrücker Innenstadt im Stadtteil St.Johann. -Viktoriastraße (vom Saarbrückenbauwerk "Luisenbrücke" bis zur "Kaiserstraße"; Länge ca. 310 m) Die Baumaßnahme wird unter dem Namen "TP 14" geführt. Der umzugestaltende Verkehrsraum schließt zum größten Teil unmittelbar an bestehende Gebäude an, somit ist die Durchführung einer vorsorglichen Beweissicherung als Bestandsaufnahme (hier: außergerichtliche Beweissicherung) angeraten. Um den Umfang der Bauarbeiten abschätzen zu können, sind Lagepläne sowie Regelquerschnitte den Unterlagen beigefügt. In der Anlage "Fassadenplan Viktorisastraße mit Kollonadenkennzeichnung" sind die zu dokumentierenden Flächen/ Längen detailliert gekennzeichnet. Ausführungszeitraum:Die Tiefbauarbeiten in dem umzubauenden Bereich starten voraussichtlich Januar 2027 und finden in mehreren Bauabschnitten statt. Zur groben zeitlichen Orientierung sind die Verkehrszeichen- / Bauphasenpläne beigefügt. Die Bestandsaufnahme der umzubauenden Bereiche muss unmittelbar mit der Zuschlagserteilung erfolgen. Der Baustart ist für Januar 2027 eingeplant. Die Übergabe der ausgearbeiteten Dokumentation sollte bis spätestens 15.01.2027 erfolgen. Es wird empfohlen zur Angebotsabgabe sich die Örtlichkeit unmittelbar vor Ort anzuschauen (die "Viktoriastraße" ist auf "Apple maps" komplett dargestellt). Die "Viktoriastraße" hat beidseidigt Kolonnadengänge mit Gebäudepfeilern die auch vollumfänglich aufzunehmen sind. Bei Unklarheiten sind Bieterfragen über die Vergabeplattform zu stellen. Seite
