Summary

Machine-generated summary

The LVR (Landschaftsverband Rheinland) is procuring object planning services for buildings (architectural design) for the LVR Clinic in Duesseldorf. Two existing residential buildings (Houses 31 and 32) from the 1970s will be demolished and replaced by two new buildings providing accommodation for trainees and students. House 32 will be demolished first; House 31 remains in use until the first new building is completed. A concept design including a rough cost estimate already exists and the floor plans are fixed. Services will be awarded via VgV procedures under standard HOAI contracts. Initially, performance phases 1 to 3 will be commissioned.
