Description

Vergabe von Planungsleistungen für die Errichtung eines Mehrfunktionsgebäudes als neue Dorfmitte. Anhand des Entwurfs des Architekturbüros sollen in 5 Losen folgende Maßnahmen umgesetzt werden: - Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume - Objektplanung Freianlagen - Fachplanung Technische Gebäudeausrüstung - HLS (AGr. 1-3) - Fachplanung Technische Gebäudeausrüstung - ELT (AGr. 4 und 5) - Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung Für die Erweiterung und den Umbau liegt bereits ein Entwurf eines Architekturbüros vor. Durch die Errichtung eines Mehrfunktionsgebäudes soll unter anderem eine Erweiterung und Neuaufstellung des vorhandenen Dorfladens erreicht werden. Darüber hinaus soll im Erdgeschoss Platz für die Offene Jugendarbeit Alveslohe (OJA) sowie eine weitere vermietbare Ladenfläche geschaffen werden. Im 1. OG sind Räume für eine Arztpraxis und/ oder andere medizinische Dienstleistungen sowie Büronutzer vorgesehen. Zuletzt sollen im 2. OG Räume für die Gemeindeverwaltung, die Gemeindekümmerin, die Volkshochschule und die Bücherei entstehen. Gegenstand dieses Loses sind die Planungsleistungen der Fachplanung technische Gebäudeausrüstung der AGr. 1 bis 3 (HLS) der LPH 4 bis 9.
