Summary
Machine-generated summaryThe buyer seeks technical consulting and services to implement and commission statewide systems for the integrated regional control centres (IRLS) under Section 19(1) SächsLRettDPVO in Saxony, Germany. As part of the 'Leitstellen 2025' project, existing systems must be replaced or newly procured because control centres for police must be separated by network from fire brigade and ambulance services, and current systems no longer comply with EU Directive 2018/1972 (EECC). No contract value, deadline or procedure details are stated in the notice, so interested parties should check the full tender documents.

Based on 12,387 awards with a named winner over the last 3 years. Counted by award, not by value, because lot and framework amounts are not comparable. Concentrated means the three most frequent winners took 65% or more of the awards; many suppliers, under 35% with at least ten different winners.
