Summary

Machine-generated summary

L-Bank, the promotional bank of the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg, is procuring specialist planning services for technical building services in cost groups 420, 430, 474 and 480 (heating, ventilation, fire extinguishing systems and MSR/building automation) for the renovation and refurbishment of House 6 in Stuttgart. Services follow HOAI 2021, Section 55, Annex 15, service phases 1 to 9, and must start immediately after contract award. Phases 1 to 3 are due by September 2027, with overall completion of the general refurbishment targeted for the end of 2030. The works take place during ongoing bank operations, so planning must minimise disruption.
