Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Kaarster Gesellschaft für Bäder (KGB) in Kaarst is procuring design services for the energy-efficient refurbishment of the Büttgen indoor swimming pool, built in 1970. The pool complex includes a 10 x 25 m swimming pool, a 12.5 x 8 m teaching pool, a children's pool of around 25 m², plus attractions such as a water mushroom, steering wheel, water toad and slide. The contract covers planning services in the service profiles of object planning and building services (TGA). After earlier modernisations the facility no longer meets current requirements, so a complete refurbishment of all areas is planned to improve energy efficiency, reduce gas consumption of the combined heat and power unit and increase visitor numbers. The refurbishment is funded by the EFRE/JTF programme NRW 2021-2027.
