Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Kaarster Gesellschaft fur Baeder (KGB) is procuring planning services for the energy-related refurbishment of the Bhattgener indoor swimming pool in Kaarst, Germany. The 1970 pool complex includes a 10 x 25 m pool, a 12.5 x 8 m teaching pool and a children's pool with around 25 m2 of water surface, plus attractions such as a water mushroom, steering wheel, water toad and slide. The contract covers planning services in the work stages of object planning and building services engineering (TGA). Complete renovation of all pool areas is planned, with insulation and renewal measures expected to raise energy efficiency, reduce gas consumption for the combined heat and power unit, and increase visitor numbers. Funding comes from the EFRE/JTF programme NRW 2021-2027.
