Summary

Machine-generated summary

The city of Bretten is procuring specialist building services (HVAC and sanitation) planning services for the conversion of the Weißhofer Galerie in the Bretten old town into a modern public library with an integrated meeting place. The building, constructed between 1969 and 1975 as the Schneider department store, has around 3,300 m² of usable floor space. The library will occupy the two upper levels as an anchor use, with implementation taking place while the building remains in operation with existing tenants such as a ballet school, shops and practices. The buyer is the city of Bretten.
