Description

Der Fachbereich 37 der Landeshauptstadt Potsdam, hier Feuerwehr, benötigt einen Neubau, mit zweigeschossigem Verbinder/Laufgang, zur Bestandswache, auf dem Gelände zwischen Holzmarktstraße und Türkstraße in 14467 Potsdam. Im Zuge einer vorgelagerten Machbarkeitsstudie, wurde der benötigte Bedarf ermittelt und maximale Baugrößen und Randbedingungen identifiziert und mit den beteiligten Ämtern vorabgestimmt und durch diese schriftlich freigegeben. Im Zuge der Planung sollen jedoch noch 3 verschiedene Ansichten der Fassadengestaltung der Denkmalbehörde zur Abstimmung vorgelegt werden. Genehmigungsfähig ist ein Gebäude mit bis zu 4 Geschossen und einer maximalen Höhe von 15 m einschließlich aller technischen Aufbauten. Die ersten beiden Geschosse sind als Parkebene zu planen. Besonderheit im EG ist die benötigte Durchfahrtshöhe von 4,0 m. Für die Realisierung ist im Vorfeld das Bootshaus/Stahlkonstruktion zurück zu bauen. Angrenzende Technikräume sind hinsichtlich der Nutzung auszulagern oder umzusetzen und müssen im Bauablauf in das EG wieder integriert werden. Hierzu sind enge Abstimmung zwischen allen Planern, der Feuerwehr und der örtlichen Energieversorgung nötig. Die Leistungen der Objektplanung Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume und Leistungsbild Brandschutz, Lph.2-9 sollen auf dem Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb gemäß VgV § 17 vergeben werden. Die Beauftragungen der Leistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume und der Brandschutzplanung sollen zusammen erfolgen.
