Stadt Neustadt in Holstein, Amt 5: Tourismus-Service, Attraktivierung des Promenadenabschnitts mit Wasserrettungsstation im Strandbad in Neustadt in Holstein, Planungsleistungen der Objektplanung gem. HOAI Teil 3, Abschnitt 3, § 43 Ingenieurbauwerke, Lph 4 bis 9 Das Amt 5 der Stadt Neustadt in Holstein plant die Attraktivierung des Promenadenabschnitts mit Wasserrettungsstation im Strandbad in Neustadt in Holstein. Es sollen zeitgemäße und barrierefreie Außenanlagen entstehen, welche den vielfältigen Anforderungen gerecht werden, und die geplanten Außenanlagen sowohl funktionell als auch gestalterisch mit der Umgebung sowie den angrenzenden Planungsbereichen verzahnen. Dazu wurde bereits ein Entwurf erstellt, der den veröffentlichten Unterlagen beigefügt ist. Die Kosten der Kostengruppe 500 wurden auf ca. 1,5 Mio. € netto geschätzt. In dem hier ausgeschriebenen Leistungsbild der Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke soll eine Schmutzwasserhebeanlage, die Umverlegung von Trinkwasserleitung und Schmutzwasserleitung, sowie Winkelstützen und Geländer geplant werden. Zu diesem Zweck werden Planungsbüros zur Teilnahme am Wettbewerb aufgefordert, die das Leistungsbild Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke gemäß §43 HOAI abdecken, und in der Vergangenheit ähnliche Maßnahmen verwirklicht haben. Es sollen die Leistungsphasen 4-9 bearbeitet werden. Die Beauftragung wird stufenweise erfolgen. In der ersten Stufe wird die Leistungsphase 4 beauftragt. Eine Weiterbeauftragung ist abhängig von der finanziellen Förderung der beantragten Mittel. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, aus den vorgenannten Leistungsbildern nur einen Teil der Grundleistungen zu vergeben.
