Description

Das Munitionslager Aurich wird, basierend auf den Angaben im erstellten Nutzungskonzepts, neu konzipiert und strukturiert. Daraus resultieren neue Anforderungen an Lager- und Instandhaltungskapazitäten in Bezug auf Qualität und Quantität. Zusätzlich wurde die vorhandene Bausubstanz beurteilt und eine Notwendigkeit einer kompletten Erneuerung der vorhandenen Infrastruktur festgestellt. Ziel ist es, den Infrastrukturbedarf soweit wie möglich standardisiert mit bedarfsgerechter Lagertechnologie sowie ablauforganisatorisch optimierten Arbeitsbereichen auf den aktuellen Stand der Technik zu bringen. Um diese Zielsetzung entsprechend umsetzen zu können, bedarf es der geplanten umfangreichen Umstrukturierung und Anpassung der Liegenschaft. Im Rahmen dieser Vergabe werden folgende Leistungen vergeben: 1) Objektplanung Gebäude Lph 1 - 4, optional Lph 5 - 9 gem. § 34 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 10, Ziffer 10.1; 2) Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke Lph 1 - 4, optional Lph 5 - 9 gem. § 43 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 12, Ziffer 12.1; 3) Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen Lph 1 - 4, optional Lph 5 - 9 gem. § 47 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 13, Ziffer 13.1; 4) Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung Lph 1 - 4, optional Lph 5 - 6 gemäß § 51 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 14, Ziffer 14.1; 5) Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung für Hochbauten und für Ingenieurbauwerke Lph 1 - 4, optional Lph 5 - 9 gemäß § 55 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 15, Ziffer 15.1 für die Anlagengruppen 1 - 8, 6) Optional Weitere Leistungen: Koordination, Begleitung und Ergebnisprüfung von Vermessungsarbeiten im Bauablauf, Sicherheits- und Gesundheitskoordination, Kampfmittelbegleitung
