Description

Das Munitionslager Walsrode soll neu konzeptioniert und strukturiert werden. Hierfür wurde u.a. der zukünftige Bedarf an Lager- und Instandhaltungskapazitäten quantifiziert. Ferner wurde die vorliegende Bausubstanz in einem Nutzungskonzept beurteilt. Hiernach ergibt sich die Notwendigkeit einer kompletten Erneuerung der vorhandenen Infrastruktur. Ziel ist es, den Infrastrukturbedarf soweit wie möglich standardisiert mit bedarfsgerechter Lagertechnologie sowie ablauforganisatorisch optimierten Arbeitsbereichen auf den aktuellen Stand der Technik zu bringen. Um diese Zielsetzung entsprechend umsetzen zu können, bedarf es der geplanten umfangreichen Umstrukturierung und Anpassung der Liegenschaft. Im Rahmen dieser Vergabe werden folgende Leistungen vergeben: 1) Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke Lph 2 - 4, optional Lph 5 - 9 gem. § 43 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 12, Ziffer 12.1, 2) Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen Lph 2 - 4, optional Lph 5 - 9 gem. § 47 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 13, Ziffer 13.1, 3) Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung Lph 2 - 4, optional Lph 5 - 9 gemäß § 55 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 15, Ziffer 15.1 für folgende Anlagengruppen: 1. Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen, 2. Wärmeversorgungsanlagen, 4. Starkstromanlagen, 5. Fernmelde- und Informationstechnische Anlagen, 8. Gebäudeautomation, Optional: Koordination, Begleitung und Ergebnisprüfung von Vermessungsarbeiten im Bauablauf, Optional: Sicherheits- und Gesundheitskoordination
