Description

Tower-Kanzel 1 Stück Fertigteil-Kanzel (eine produktspezifisch bedingte Teilmontage vor Ort ist möglich) die auf dem bauseitigen Stahlbetonkranz, der den Abschluss des Towerschafts des Gebäudes TFSG bildet, aufgesetzt und befestigt wird. Die Kanzel als Bauwerk ist eine Stahlprofilkonstruktion, bestehend aus einer 8-eckigen Unterkonstruktion und einem horizontalen (nach außen geneigten) Stahlprofilständerwerk mit Rundumverglasung, Sandwichelementen im Brüstungs - und Sturzbereich und einem Flachdach, das über eine teleskopierbare Innentreppe mit mechanisch gekoppelter Innen - und Außenluke (zu Wartungszwecken) bestiegen werden kann. Der Innenausbau der Kanzel umfasst einen Doppelboden, eine Metallkassettendecke, Brüstungsbekleidungen, Metallgeländer im Bereich der Zugangstreppe und des Höhenversprungs innerhalb der Kanzel und Sonnenschutz -Innenrollos. Die Elektroinstallation im Bereich des Doppelbodens erfolgt bauseits. Alle erforderlichen Elektroinstallationen oberhalb des Doppelbodens sind Teil dieser Leistung. Dazu gehört ebenfalls die gesamte Beleuchtung, sowie Schalter und Steckdosen. Die Klimatisierung der Kanzel einschl. der Kanalverlegung erfolgt bauseits.
