Die Verbandsgemeinde Bernkastel-Kues beabsichtigt eine umfassende energetische Sanierung der Cusanus Grundschule im Stadtteil Kues. Die dafür erforderlichen Planungsleistungen sollen beschafft werden. Die Cusanus Grundschule befindet sich in der Schulstraße 2 in 54470 Bernkastel - Kues. Sie ist eine zweizügige Grundschule mit 170 bis 180 Schülern und damit sowohl hinsichtlich der Schülerzahlen und der Gebäude die größte Grundschule im Zuständigkeitsbereich der Verbandsgemeinde Bernkastel - Kues. Die Schule besteht aus den drei Bauteilen Altbau (unterkellert, Baujahr um 1900, zwei Vollgeschosse), Anbau (unterkellert, Baujahr 1994, zwei Vollgeschosse) und Turnhalle/Mensa (Baujahr 2012). Saniert werden soll das Bauteil "Altbau". Der Altbau ist in Massivbauweise mit ungedämmtem Bruchsteinmauerwerk und zweifachverglasten Holz - Alu - Fenstern errichtet. Erforderlich sind unter anderem Maßnahmen für die Dämmung von Decken und Fassade und des sommerlichen Wärmeschutzes. Die vorhandene Gastherme ist durch eine Pelletanlage zu ersetzen, die Wärmeverteilung auf Niedertemperatur umzurüsten. Dezentrale Lüftungsgeräte sollen eingebaut werden. Der Anteil erneuerbarer Wärme und Abwärme des Gebäudes muss nach der Sanierung zwingend bei mindestens 70% liegen. Einzelheiten können der Maßnahmenbeschreibung entnommen werden, die Bestandteil der Vergabeunterlagen ist. Die Maßnahme wird umfangreich öffentlich gefördert. Die Vorgaben der Maßnahmenbeschreibung mit Beschreibung des Ist- und des Sollzustands sowie die Vorgaben des Zuwendungsbescheides sind planerisch und baulich verbindlich. Das Vorhaben ist bis zum 01.08.2028 durchzuführen. Die Baukosten (netto) für die Gesamtmaßnahme werden wie folgt erwartet: KG 300 Bauwerk - Baukonstruktion 668.330,54 EUR KG 400 Bauwerk - Technische Anlagen 433.770,95 EUR Gesamtsumme: 1.102.101,49 EUR Nicht alle in diesen Kosten enthaltenen Einzelmaßnahmen sind Bestandteil der Förderzusage. Eine getrennte Abrechnung der erbrachten Leistungen nach geförderten und nicht geförderten Anteilen ist erforderlich. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind die für die Sanierung erforderlichen Planungsleistungen der Tragwerksplanung nach § 51 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 14 HOAI, in LP 1-6. Die Leistungen werden losweise ausgeschrieben wie folgt: Mit dieser Bekanntmachung als Los 3 die Planungsleistungen der Tragwerksplanung nach § 51 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 14 HOAI, in LP 1-6. Mit getrennten Bekanntmachungen: Los 1 - Objektplanungsleistungen für Gebäude nach § 34 HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 1-9 und Los 2 - Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung HLS und Elektro nach § 55 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1-9. Eine stufenweise Beauftragung ist vorgesehen. Es sollen zunächst die Leistungsphasen 1-4, also bis zur Genehmigungsplanung beauftragt werden und anschließend die Leistungsphasen 5-9. Auf eine Weiterbeauftragung besteht kein Rechtsanspruch. Leistungszeit: Fertigstellung der Gesamtmaßnahme spätestens bis zum 01.08.2025. Das Vorhaben wird aus öffentlichen Mitteln gefördert. Die Einhaltung der Fördervoraussetzungen ist zu jeder Zeit zu gewährleisten. Bezüglich der Beschreibung der Leistung orientiert sich die Auftraggeberin an den Leistungsbildern der HOAI 2021. Näheres regelt der Vertrag.
