Bei diesem Verfahren handelt es sich um ein zweistufiges Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb. Die Leistung wird im Rahmen eines EU-weiten Verhandlungs-verfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb gemäß § 17 VgV vergeben. Alle für das Verfahren erforderlichen Informationen sind in der Anlage "00_Hinweisblatt zum Verfahren" be-schrieben und erläutert. Die Bearbeitung soll direkt nach Beauftragung beginnen. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stu-fenweise, zunächst für die LPH 1-3, anschließend für die Leistungsphase 4, danach Leistungsphase 5, dann Leistungsphasen 6-8 und optional für die Leistungsphase 9; die Meilensteine der Leistungserbringung sind im besten Fall: - Fertigstellung LPH 3 HOAI: spätestens 30.06.2026 - LP 4 bis 8 nach Bewilligung, vor. Ende 2026/Anfang 2027 Die Neuland Hambach GmbH plant in Zusammenarbeit mit der Stadt Kerpen die Nachnutzung der ehemaligen Kirche in Manheim-Alt als Begegnungsstätte. Die ehemalige Kirche soll unter Berücksichtigung ihrer denkmalgeschützten Substanz umfassend saniert und funktional für eine zukünftige Nutzung als multifunktionaler Veranstaltungsort für bis zu 300 Personen hergerichtet werden. Ein besonderer Fokus im Zuge der Sanierung liegt auf der Berücksichtigung von Nachhaltigkeitsansprüchen. Gebäudetechnische und bauliche Anlagen sollen saniert bzw. umgebaut werden und mit moderner Energieversorgung ausgestattet werden.
