Stuttgart, Universität, Telekomareal, Sanierung 1. Bauabschnitt. Universitätsstraße 32-34, 70569 Stuttgart. Fachplanungsleistungen für die Tragwerksplanung nach Teil 4 Abschnitt 1 HOAI. Das Gebäude Universitätsstraße 34 in Stuttgart-Vaihingen soll saniert und für universitäre Nutzung umgebaut werden. In diesem Zuge soll auch das angrenzende Gebäude Universtätsstraße 32 saniert werden. Das Gebäude Universitätsstraße 32 wurde 1987-89 als Fernmeldeschule der Oberpostdirek-tion Stuttgart erstellt und wurde 2015 durch das Land Baden-Württemberg von der Hertie-Stiftung erworben. Es wird aktuell als Büro- und Seminargebäude von der Universität Stuttgart genutzt. Das Gebäude Universitätsstraße 34 wurde 1956-59 für die Oberpostdirektion Stuttgart als Postschule mit Wohnheim errichtet. 1995 wurde das Wohnheim durch Ergänzung von Nasszellen zum Hotel umgebaut. Das ebenfalls 2015 erworbene Gebäude soll jetzt im Zuge der Generalsanierung für eine universitäre Büronutzung umgebaut werden. Dies erfordert statische Eingriffe in den Bestand (u.a. Abbruch und Neubau Verbindungsbau, Änderung Fassade und Treppen, PV-Anlage auf die Dächer). Für die Zeit der Bauarbeiten werden beide Gebäude leergezogen. Aufschlüsselung nach Kostengruppen entsprechend DIN 276-1:2018-12: Geschätzte Kosten der Kostengruppe 300: 22.325.400,00 Euro brutto Geschätzte Kosten der Kostengruppe 400: 18.946.400,00 Euro brutto Indexstand August 2025, nicht berücksichtigt sind hierbei die Kosten für mögliche Baupreis- und Bauherrenrisiken. Geplanter Baubeginn: 29.01.2027 Beabsichtigt ist die Beauftragung von Fachplanungsleistungen für die Tragwerksplanung nach Teil 4 Abschnitt 1 HOAI, Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 4 bis 6 nach § 51 HOAI sowie Besondere Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 4 und 6. Stuttgart, Universität, Universitätsstr. 32 - 34, Gesamtsanierung. Universitätsstraße 32-34, 70569 Stuttgart. Fachplanungsleistungen für die Tragwerksplanung nach Teil 4 Abschnitt 1 HOAI. Die Bewerbung hat mit dem vom Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Teilnahmeantrag zu erfolgen. Der Teilnahmeantrag ist abrufbar unter der oben genannten Internetadresse.
