Summary

Machine-generated summary

The German Aerospace Center (DLR) awarded a contract for structural engineering design services under §§ 49 ff. HOAI, service phases 2 to 6. The works concern the HepCo test environment expansion stage 1 at the Cottbus site, where test and laboratory facilities for the Institute of Electrified Aircraft Propulsion are being built inside an existing logistics hall of about 13,420 m2 gross floor area, with the units arranged as a house in house solution. Engelbach+Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft Dresden mbH won the contract. It was awarded on 23 October 2025, runs for 31 months, and ends on 30 June 2028, when it comes back to market.

Description

„Deckel“ in Stahlbetonverbundbauweise geplant. HOAI. Die Leistungen werden stufenweise beauftragt. Zunächst werden in der 1. Beauftragungsstufe die Leistungsphase 2-3 gemäß § HOAI beauftragt. Die Leistungsphasen 4-6 werden stufenweise abgerufen. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Gesamtbeauftragung besteht nicht.
